8.0.1 Phytosanitary and Sanitary Inspections and Certificates

• Applicants must depart The Bahamas through New Providence where inspections can be conducted without extra charge of the Inspectorate travel costs on researchers.

• Fees for inspection will be payable at the point of the time of inspection. TO DO: ADD THE CURRENT FEE.

• CITES

CITES permits are issued for one use. A permit is granted for three months. If you are not able to use the permit within the alloted time you will be required to obtain another CITES permit ADD CONTACT DETAILS.
